Our Mission

Caring for Children Worldwide was established in 1985 to address the emotional and psychological needs of traumatized children at home and around the world. It does this by direct programs to children in crisis (abused, homeless, orphaned, and refugee) as well as creating training materials and trauma reduction intervention programs. The purpose of our program is to provide solace, comfort and support to traumatized children so that they can continue to grow and develop into healthy, happy, productive adults. Caring for Children Worldwide also educates the general public and public officials about the importance of meeting the needs of the whole child beyond their physical requirements.
